The USB-2XP probe adapter facilitates probing of USB2.0/1.1/1.0 systems when used with Tektronix TLA5xxx/6xx/7xx/7xxx logic analyzers.
The USB-2XP probing support package includes probe adapter, USB
cables, universal switching power supply, AC power cord and probing
support software. Further USB-2XP product information can be found in the datasheet (PDF file, less than 1 MB).
You can also find a photo and some information on an early version of the
probe adapter (Version 0) in the second edition of USB
