Logic Analysis Support Products
Serial ATA
Our SATA-II product allows probing of Serial ATA II/1.0 buses using
Tektronix TLA5xxx/6xx/7xx/7xxx logic analyzers having 136 channels
and supporting 75 or 150 MHz state acquisition rates. Use of Mictor probes
is directly supported; compression probes are supported via use
of four "Mictor-on-the-PCB" adapters.
The SATA-II probe adapter also supports SATA compliance frame error rate (FER) measurements
without use of a logic analyzer. Further information on use of the SATA-II in FER measurement applications
